Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
RoboTrackers is operated by MAVERICKX PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore. We are the organisation responsible for the personal data described here, and we handle it under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
2. Status of this service
RoboTrackers is no longer under active development. It remains online as-is, without new features or ongoing maintenance of individual records. We may withdraw it at any time.
3. What we collect
Account holders
If you register, we hold your email address, your login details (or the basic profile Google shares with us if you sign in with Google), and the records of your activity on RoboTrackers, such as orders, balance and favourites.
Person records
RoboTrackers displays records about people, compiled from publicly available sources and contributed by users. The PDPA does not require consent for the collection, use or disclosure of personal data that is publicly available, and these records are handled on that basis.
Analytics
We run our own Matomo analytics, which records your IP address, the pages you view, the referring page, and your browser and device type, and sets first-party cookies to group page views into visits. We do not use advertising cookies.
4. Why we use it
- to provide RoboTrackers and the account features you use;
- to understand how the site is used;
- to keep the site available and secure;
- to meet obligations imposed on us by law.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
5. Who else sees it
Person records are public by design. Other personal data is disclosed only to service providers who run the site for us, principally Amazon Web Services, to the extent needed to provide that service, and to a court, regulator or law enforcement agency where we are required or permitted to disclose it by law.
6. Transfers outside Singapore
Our service providers may store or process data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred out of Singapore we take steps, as the PDPA's Transfer Limitation Obligation requires, to satisfy ourselves that it will receive a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.
7. How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep personal data for as long as RoboTrackers operates and we need it for the purposes above, or for as long as Singapore law requires us to keep records. The site is served over HTTPS and access to our systems is restricted. No system is completely secure; if a breach occurs that is likely to result in significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Personal Data Protection Commission as the PDPA requires.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold, and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year;
- correct any personal data of yours that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- if you are an account holder, stop using your account data, by withdrawing your consent.
Send requests to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@maverickxtech.com. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can, and within the time the PDPA allows. In some cases the PDPA requires or permits us to refuse a request; if that happens we will tell you why. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
9. Visitors outside Singapore
We operate RoboTrackers from Singapore under Singapore law. The rights we offer are those set out in section 8.
10. Children
RoboTrackers is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will publish the revised version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
