Terms of Use

1. Who we are
RoboTrackers is operated by MAVERICKX PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company, and "you" means anyone using RoboTrackers.
2. Acceptance
By using RoboTrackers you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using it.
3. Status of the service
RoboTrackers is no longer under active development and is provided as-is. We may change, suspend or withdraw it, or any part of it, at any time and without notice. We are not obliged to keep any content available or up to date.
4. What you may not do
You must not:
- scrape, crawl or otherwise harvest content from RoboTrackers by automated means, except that well-behaved search engine crawlers may index it;
- republish, sell or redistribute material from RoboTrackers as your own or as a standalone product;
- use RoboTrackers for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches anyone else's rights;
- submit content that is false, defamatory, or that you have no right to share;
- interfere with RoboTrackers, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system behind it, or test its security without our written permission.
5. Content you contribute
You are responsible for anything you submit. By submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to store, display, edit and remove it. We may remove or hide any content at our discretion.
6. Our intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in RoboTrackers, including its text, layout, graphics and name. All such rights are reserved.
7. No advice, and no warranty
Information on RoboTrackers is compiled from public sources and user contributions. It is general information, not professional, financial or legal advice. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it is accurate, complete or current, or that RoboTrackers will be available without interruption or free of errors.
8. Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business or data, or any indirect or consequential loss, arising out of your use of RoboTrackers or your reliance on anything published on it. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Other people's websites
RoboTrackers links to websites operated by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The version published on this page applies, and the effective date at the top tells you when it was last changed. Continuing to use RoboTrackers after a change means you accept the revised terms.
11. Third parties, and severability
A person who is not a party to these terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of them. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, it is severed and the rest continues to apply.
12. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of RoboTrackers, are governed by the laws of Singapore. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. If you access RoboTrackers from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with the law where you are.
